Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Stock Levels & Pricing:
- While we strive to carry a large selection of products on our website, we do not currently own a walk-in store to purchase items. Thus, not all products advertised on our website are held physically as stock on our premises (unless otherwise stated on the website) and are ordered from various suppliers as orders are placed. However, just because we don’t hold all products onsite doesn’t mean you will wait any longer for your product than if it were in stock with us physically! Unless we must backorder a product down from supplier’s branches in other provinces, if a product is in stock with suppliers in Cape Town, then we are able to collect the product/s from our suppliers within an hour or at the latest within the same day once payment has cleared and have your parcel shipped to you at the courier’s earliest convenience nationwide.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure that stock levels and pricing information is as up-to-date and as accurate as humanely possible, occasionally it may occur that items that show as in stock, are sold out either with Access Front IT or our Suppliers or a price may update during this time. Although these situations are rare and far between, to avoid disappointment we highly recommend that you contact us via any of our contact methods to inquire about stock availability on the product that you would like to purchase before making a purchase whether it says in stock or not just to be 100% sure. We shall make all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice as and when required and are usually linked to changes in the Rand Dollar exchange rate or supply & Demand, Other Variables beyond our control may also play a part in price changes as well.
- We reserve the right to cancel any special order without notice. This is regardless of any communication from Access Front IT stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email, call, WhatsApp or SMS if the order was cancelled and as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for the amount paid.
- Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product in some circumstances.
- All Quotations or sales orders are valid for a period of 24 hours only or until stocks last. The stock is sold on a first come first served basis. Payment for any order must be made upfront and must be reflected in our account/s before we proceed to process your order and your product is deemed secure.
- Any pricing whether it be on a Quote or on our website is always VAT-inclusive unless otherwise stated in writing.
Special deals:
- Special Deals will be available from time to time and last for a certain amount of time only. Special Deals have a stock limit and may expire earlier than advertised if stock runs out.
- Special Deal quantities are limited and as such, after a Special Deal is sold out, those Goods may be available on the Website at their normal selling prices (but no longer as a Special Deal).
- We do not guarantee a specific saving. The extent of the Special Deal or discount is at the sole discretion of Access Front IT
- Only one of each Special Deal Item may be purchased per customer
- Adding a Special Deal to your cart or completing your order for a Special Deal without paying for it, does not reserve the item for you. Access Front IT must receive payment from you within 24 hours of you placing your order for a Special Deal either via EFT or via the online shop, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Ordering Process:
- Until our Online store is operational, orders may be done by email to marc@accessfrontit.co.za or by phone @ 0769958036. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (non-working days) are processed on the next business day.
Stock availability Terminology:
- In stock at Access Front IT: Products are in stock with us at our premises ready to be shipped/couriered.
- In stock with Suppliers: Products are in stock with our suppliers at their warehouses in Cape Town.
- Out of stock: No stock is available either with Access Front I.T. or at our Suppliers.
- Available on backorder: This has 2 possible meanings. Either a product is not in stock with us or our suppliers at all and is available on backorder on special request which may take a few weeks to arrive from distributors. Alternatively, a product is in fact available from one of the supplier’s branches in other provinces and can be back ordered to the Cape Town branch of the respective supplier which will have an ETA of 2-4 days. This excludes the time frame needed to deliver the products to the client, which may be an additional 1-4 days depending on the area of delivery.
- Please always contact us to make sure whether a said product is out of stock, even if it shows itself to be out of stock. As discussed previously, while we try to make sure all info is up to date, this is not always 100% possible to achieve.
Please note that we will only start the processing of your order or release any products once we are satisfied that the funds have cleared into our bank account or into our Pay fast account, whichever method of payment was used. Payment must take place within 24 hours of placing the order or we reserve the right to cancel the order or update it if pricing has changed.

This is our 1st method of payment if you choose not to use the website’s online payment system. Please note, we have to wait for funds to clear before we can process your order which may be the same day or up to 3 days in some circumstances unless an instant EFT was done and even then, it might take a while to reflect in our account/s depending on which bank your transfer was done.
Email us with what you would like to purchase, Once the deposit or transfer has been made, please email the proof of payment and what you would like to order to info@accessfrontit.co.za. Warranty:
Individual Computer peripheral warranties will be dependent on our suppliers and the respective product in question.
Please note:
*Credit and refunds can only be issued for faulty and unwanted products within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of invoicing, after the 7 day window has expired, then it will be processed as a warranty claim. Products that are returned without complete and undamaged packaging (boxes and supporting documents, cables and accessories included) will not be eligible for credit. Please ensure that products are returned to us as close to their original condition as possible to assist us in processing credits and refunds when required. Damaged or broken products caused due to user negligence will not be eligible for any sort of refund or repair as this will void the warranty, unfortunately.
⦁ Instant swap outs can only be done within 7 days from date of invoice.
⦁ Swap out will only be approved if product is returned with full original packaging
and all supporting documents included.
⦁ Swap out terms are based on replacement stock availability.
⦁ Please note: Final warranty replacements, refund or repair decisions are at the sole discretion of the supplier/s and their distributors and not made by Access Front IT in any way, shape or form whatsoever. Access Front IT holds no control in the outcome of any decision regarding this matter whatsoever.
⦁ Warranty checks can take up to 21 business days to process and resolve, but usually resolved much faster.
⦁ If a refund is requested, credit requests can take up to a maximum of 14 business days to process.
⦁ All refund requests are processed and payable on a FRIDAY only.
These are unfortunate delays beyond our control, and we kindly ask that you remain patient during the warranty/returns process while we resolve the situation at hand. We will always try to do our best to speed things up from our side when and if possible, to resolve the situation in a quicker manner whatever the case may be.
1. All components or other products sold by Access Front IT carry their respective component warranties set out by our suppliers which usually are at the very least 1 year from date of purchase. In some situations, components carry a warranty period of less than 1 year or greater than 1 year and we will honour these warranties as well. Please note that the manufacturer’s guarantee excludes normal wear and tear.
2. Products which are found to be used for the purposes of cryptocurrency mining shall have a limited warranty for a maximum of 3 months or be deemed void of warranty. Products returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period but are deemed to have been used for mining may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The final decision lies with the manufacturer and is not made by us in any way, shape or form regarding this matter.
3. A component that has been damaged due to negligence, mishandling, lightning strikes, or power surges will be declared void of warranty. It is up to the client to ensure their PCs and any components are protected with power surge protection and financially insured in the event of such occurrences occurring. This includes components that have been installed incorrectly by a party other than an Access Front IT employee, components that have been dropped after purchase, components that have liquid damage, components that have been exposed to excess dirt and heat, components that have been overclocked or forced to perform beyond their normal operating standard as set out by the manufacturer, and components that have been physically abused in any way.
4. Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned securely wrapped in a condition that is fit for resale with all supporting documents attached. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.
5. There is no warranty on consumables i.e. blank CD’s and DVD’s, cartridges and toners, cables, paper, batteries, etc.
6. Should you receive a DOA (Dead on arrival) product or a faulty item, kindly let us know immediately and please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when the problem arose so that we have some context to provide to the suppliers. In the unlikely event that a product sold by us is DOA (Dead on arrival) or becomes faulty within 7 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and will cover the shipping costs both ways.
7. Any returns outside of the 7-day return window are classified as warranty claims and are to be handled via the manufacturer warranty if applicable.
8. Should no warranty exist for the product in question, Access Front IT or its suppliers cannot be held responsible in any way for the repairs or replacement of the product in question.
9. In the event of any returned product having no fault, the cost of returning the product back to you will be for your own account.
