What if I don't see the product I’m looking for on your website?
Until our online shop is operational, please get in touch with us via any of our contact methods and let us know what you are searching for and we’ll do our best to source the product for you from our suppliers.
How long does my order take to get delivered?
This depends entirely on 3 things, when did you order, stock availability and where you live. We aim to deliver your parcels to you between 1 and 3 business days give or take once we have shipped your product, but further locations may take up to 4-5 days. Very remote locations may also take 1 or 2 days longer. We do our best from our side to speed things up where and if possible.
What if I don’t receive my product/s in the estimated time frame?
Don’t panic, kindly send us an email or call us with your order number and tracking number, and we will follow up with the Courier service to find out where your parcel is. You will also be provided with a tracking number to follow up with yourself.
Do you offer technical assistance?
Sure do! We have several years of experience fixing and building anything IT-related.
Can you match or beat a price?
Send us a quote or link from another company for the product you’re looking for and we will try to match or beat the price given. In today’s competitive market this won’t always be possible, but we will try our best!
Can I add it to my existing order?
Yes, you can add to an order by calling or emailing us. We advise you to do this as soon as possible after your existing order is placed to avoid any delays or other variables coming into play.
Does all equipment come with a warranty?
All products sold by us come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 1 year or more. In some situations, products may have a warranty of less than or more than 1 year as well and must be taken to their respective vendors for warranty claims. We are unable to service these warranties at Access Front IT ourselves. We kindly ask that you remain patient during this process.
Does Access Front IT offer insurance on all packages?
Yes, please note that limited insurance is included on orders when using Access Front IT’s Preferred courier service. It is advisable that the customer takes out additional insurance (making use of of 3rd Party insurance company) for the goods while in transit.
How long does it take to have a PC assembled?
Usually, it takes us 24 hours to 72 hours due to the fact we have to potentially source products from more than 1 supplier, and assemble and test all systems so that we can provide a quality-assured product. Sometimes we might need to backorder products from supplier’s branches in another province that our Cape Town suppliers don’t have in stock. in these circumstances, it will add some time to the build time due to the delay in shipping products from other provinces down to us in Cape Town. We generally don’t like to rush this procedure due to the fact that we would like to offer a tried and tested quality assured build. However, should time constraints be a factor then let us know and we will try to put priority to your build within reason.
What do I bring with me when collecting stock?
Sales order reference number and proof of payment as well as proof of I.D. If someone is collecting on your behalf, a certified copy of the client’s I.D. & order number/invoice as well as a copy of the person’s collecting on your behalf.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently, we only accept upfront EFT transactions for any Items that we sell. For our Technical services that we offer, we accept EFT/COD. We also have Credit card facilities available onsite, should you wish to use such service.
What is your return policy?
All item return policies are solely dependent on the respective Supplier store policies where the item was purchased from and not made but Access Front IT in any shape or form. Warranty returns are honoured accordingly as they arise and to be dealt with situational through the warranty return process set out in our T&C’s
