Until our online shop is operational, please get in touch with us via any of our contact methods and let us know what you are searching for and we’ll do our best to source the product for you from our suppliers.

This depends entirely on two things, stock availability and where you live. We aim to deliver your parcels to you between 1 and 3 business days give or take once we have shipped your product, but further locations may take up to 4-5 days. Very remote locations may also take 1 or 2 days longer. We do our best from our side to speed things up where and if possible.

Kindly send us an email or call us with your order number and tracking number, and we will follow up with the Courier service to find out where your parcel is. You will also be provided with a tracking number to follow up with.

Send us a quote or link from another company for the product you’re looking for and we will try to match or beat the price given. This won’t always be possible, but we will try our best!

Yes, you can add to an order by calling or emailing us. We advise you to do this as soon as possible after your existing order is placed.

All products sold by us come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 1 year or more. In some situations, products may have a warranty of less than or more than 1 year as well and must be taken to their respective vendors for warranty procedures. We are unable to service these warranties at Access Front IT ourselves. We kindly ask that you remain patient during this process.

Yes, all packages are insured for a total value of R1000 of a product’s value at no extra charge to the client. Extra shipping insurance is available if requested, on all orders for 1.5% of the product’s value.

Usually, 24 hours to 48 hours due to the fact we have to potentially source products from more than 1 supplier, and assemble and test all systems so that we can provide a quality-assured product. Sometimes we might need to backorder products from supplier’s branches in another province that our Cape Town suppliers don’t have in stock. in these circumstances, it will add some time to the build time due to the delay in shipping products from other provinces down to us in Cape Town. However, should you require it sooner please speak to us regarding the matter.

Sales order reference number and proof of payment as well as proof of I.D. If someone is collecting on your behalf, a copy of the client’s I.D. & order number/invoice as well as a copy of the person’s collecting on your behalf.

Currently, we only accept EFT transactions.

You may return any product to us within 7 days of invoicing for a refund. All returns must be sealed and fit for resale with all supporting documents attached. Should a product have been opened it must be returned in a condition fit for resale with all supporting documents attached. Please note that opened Items may be subject to a handling fee. Software or consumables that have been opened in any way will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
