Delivery Terms
Delivery Information:
- Nationwide Delivery!
- Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address location. Delivery to non-outlying or urban areas is charged @ a flat rate of R120 Via Courier Guy for packages that are within a certain weight and volume limit. Should your parcel exceed these limits, your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. We might also make use of services from other courier companies as the need arises sometimes or make use of internal drivers when and if available or required. Outlying areas may be subject to additional surcharges.
- Local Pickup: You collect your parcels from our premises in Cape Town. (By appointment only)
- Flat Rate: We courier your parcel to you anywhere inside major city centres with an address in South Africa @ a flat rate of R120
- Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees. Shipping fees are fixed for the whole of South Africa unless otherwise stated.
- Goods are delivered Mondays to Fridays between 8 to 5 pm during weekdays. Delivery lead times may vary depending on delivery address specifications (outlying areas may take longer), sourcing of products from suppliers and availability of courier services. Delivery lead times stated on the website are an estimation (ETA) only and may vary according to product availability and other determining factors. We try our best to source and courier your shipment in the fastest time frame possible.
- No orders are sent out for delivery and/or handed over to the couriers on public holidays and or over weekends. However, weekend delivery services can be arranged on request. The customer will be fully liable for any additional charges payable for such delivery.
- Packages are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment but may be as soon as the same day if products are available and payment reflects earlier. These lead times exclude situations when certain products need to be back ordered from our Supplier’s branches in other provinces due to stock availability issues at the Cape Town Branch, then lead times may be longer. We will always keep you up to date on the progress of your package!
- Lead times may also be longer for custom-built computers due to the fact we have to source all products from One or more suppliers, and assemble and test the computer to provide a quality tested product that we are satisfied with to hand over to the client.
- Parcels are shipped via Courier Guy unless otherwise stated with relevant tracking information provided via communication channels.
- General Delivery Time Estimates (Please note that the below ETA time frames are only a guideline and may differ due to location, availability of products or other factors that could delay delivery times.
How long will the delivery take?
- Western Cape: 1-2 Working days
- Gauteng: 2-4 working days
- Kwazulu Natal: 2-4 Working days
- All Other areas: 2-7 Working days
- Rural or outlying areas may include another working day or two other than the above specified times to deliver your order depending on the location.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
- All orders dispatched from our offices are guaranteed to be delivered. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.
- Should you not receive your goods within the estimated time frame stipulated above, contact Access Front IT, we will then follow up with the Courier to find out where your goods are. Courier tracking details will also always be provided via the appropriate channels (WhatsApp or e-mail) so that you may follow up on your package yourself. The courier used for the majority of deliveries is with Courier Guy and should an alternative courier be utilized the client will be notified.
- If no date is specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time frame.
- The Company Access Front IT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the products.
- Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing/refunding the products within a reasonable time.
- Please note that couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept and sign for a delivery. Your order will return to a storage facility if it arrives while you are not at home or cannot accept it. a second delivery attempt will be arranged at a charge of R150. No parcel will be left unattended in a Postbox, or in front of the door or anywhere of that nature. This is purely a safety measure to prevent theft and is non-negotiable.
- Please make absolutely sure to provide the correct delivery address. Access Front IT cannot be held liable for any late or lost deliveries delivered due to the wrong address being provided to us.
- We will give you a follow-up call to confirm receipt of your order after the ETA of delivery time has passed to ensure you have received all your products and are happy with the overall shopping experience.
- Please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver before signing any paperwork. If any parcel delivered by our courier appears to be damaged or incomplete, Phone us immediately if any product is damaged or missing. Liability for any shipments sent from us ends with the obtainment of a clean signature from the consignee upon delivery of the goods.
- Goods are sent at our own risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have provided us with.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes; couriers only deliver door-to-door to locations with an address.
- An extra surcharge fee outside of the flat rate fee of R120 may be applicable for areas outside of major city centres.
- A surcharge may also be charged for High-Risk Locations as couriers have to use unmarked vehicles as well as be escorted by authorities to the locations in question for safety reasons.
- Additional surcharges can apply on deliveries over 25kg

Collection from our premises:
- We do not operate a walk-in store, however, clients living around Cape Town who would like to collect their purchased parcels directly from our premises may do so by appointment free of charge.
- Please WhatsApp, E-mail or phone us to make an appointment for collection before driving to us and waiting for confirmation.
- Should you, customer and/or purchaser, be collecting your order personally, the following will be required:
- Proof of Identification (e.g. Photo ID / Driver’s License) and Order Number/ copy of invoice
- Should you, the customer and/or the purchaser be sending a Third-Party to collect your order on your behalf, the following will be required: A certified copy of the customer and/or user and/or purchaser’s proof of identification and, Proof of the Third-Party’s Identification (e.g. Photo ID / Driver’s License),
- Authorization, signed by the customer and/or user and/or purchaser, authorizing the third party to attend to the in-store
- pickup and collection of the order, and Order Number
Risk & Insurance:
- All risk in and to the product sold shall pass to the customer from the time of delivery/handover and paperwork is signed for.
- Ownership of the product shall not pass from the company to the customer until the full quoted price has been paid.
- All orders dispatched from our offices are guaranteed to be delivered. Regretfully theft & lost parcels are a reality and could occur sometimes, if your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.
- Your shipping cost includes insurance up to the value of R1000 @ no additional cost to you. Additional insurance to the value of 2% of product value is available on request as well, should you be interested in insuring your parcel further.
